Judge Grants Majority Of State Farm’s Motion To Compel Billing Records

(August 12, 2015, 10:43 AM EDT) -- FLINT, Mich. — A federal judge in Michigan on July 7 ordered a defendant chiropractic firm accused of using a predetermined protocol to submit false claims for individuals allegedly injured as a result of automobile accidents to State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. to produce billing records and other documents associated with the claims submitted to the insurer to the company, finding that the information was relevant to the plaintiff company’s allegations (State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v.
