Michigan Appeals Court Reverses Easement, Riparian Rights Ruling By Trial Court

(August 10, 2015, 3:17 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — A Michigan appeals court on Aug. 6 reversed a trial court’s finding that property owners had obtained a prescriptive easement and riparian rights to a lakefront dock in front of another property owner’s place (Sally Kranz, et al. v. Roger D. Terrill, et al., No. 319287, Mich. App.; 2015 Mich. App. LEXIS 1561).
