2nd Circuit Panel Overturns Dismissal In Securities Suit
Mealey's (August 11, 2015, 11:17 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — Shareholders in a securities class action lawsuit against the manufacturer of the Keurig single-cup brewing system and certain of its executive officers have properly pleaded facts to support their federal securities law violation claims, a Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled July 24 (Employees’ Retirement System of Government of the Virgin Islands, et al. v. Lawrence J. Blanford, et al., No. 14-199, 2nd Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 12901).
