Maryland Panel Reverses; Lead Paint Claim Against Property Managers Valid

(February 16, 2017, 4:09 PM EST) -- ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A panel of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals on Feb. 9 reversed a trial court ruling and found that a real estate management company and its officials that were sued by a woman who contends that she was poisoned by lead-based paint while living in an apartment managed by the company were not entitled to summary judgment dismissing the claim (Shanece Coley v. 23rd Street Realty Company, et al., No. 2203, Sept.
