Judge Modifies Report, Finds Bank Is Entitled To Judgment On All Claims

Mealey's (August 4, 2015, 2:22 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A Colorado federal judge on Aug. 3 modified a magistrate judge's recommendation to allow claims under Colorado law against a bank to proceed and found that it was entitled to judgment on all claims, finding that a borrower's allegations were conclusory and vague (Frances Frane v. JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., No. 12-00821, D. Colo.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 101027).
