Water Association Seeks To Intervene In Steelhead Trout Case

Mealey's (July 30, 2015, 10:11 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A California water district association on July 23 moved to intervene in a lawsuit involving river water levels for steelhead trout after a federal district court earlier allowed four other water districts to intervene in the case (California Trout, Inc. v. United States Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 14-7744, C.D. Calif., Western Div.).
