United States Wants APA Suits About Clean Water Rule Sent To Multidistrict Litigation

Mealey's (July 29, 2015, 1:45 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The federal government on July 27 asked a judicial panel to send 10 federal lawsuits challenging the Clean Water Rule to a multidistrict litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (In Re: Clean Water Rule, et al., MDL Docket No. 2663, JPMDL).
