Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 8:35 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Wyoming federal judge on June 2, 2014, stayed proceedings in a case challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate until the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals resolves an appeal (Diocese of Cheyenne, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, in her official capacity as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, No. 14-21, D. Wyo.).
