Pennsylvania Appeals Court Dismisses Complaint About Forest Water Line Project

Mealey's (July 24, 2015, 3:48 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania appeals court on July 22 dismissed a complaint about a water pipeline being constructed through a state forest, saying the plaintiff failed to exhaust his administrative remedies and the court lacked jurisdiction (Richard Ralph Feudale v. Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc., et al., No. 335 M.D. 2014, Pa. Cmwlth.; 2015 Pa. Commw. LEXIS 331).
