Parties Seek 9th Circuit Review Of Homeowners Insurance Dispute

Mealey's (November 9, 2016, 11:37 AM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Parties in a homeowners insurance dispute have asked the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to determine whether an insurer properly denied coverage under the policy due to the insureds’ failure to pay their premium, which led to their policy being canceled prior to the time coverage was sought (Robert Fuller, et al. v. Safeco Insurance Company of Oregon, No. 16-35289, 9th Cir.).
