Judge Orders End Of Receivership Of Insolvent Insurer

Mealey's (November 4, 2016, 10:55 AM EDT) -- TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A Florida judge on Oct. 31 ordered the termination of the receivership of an insolvent insurer that had begun in 1992 (In Re:  The Receivership of Insurance Company of Florida, No. 1992-CA-005286, Fla. Cir., 2nd Cir., Leon Co.).
