Brain Injury Advocacy Group Urges High Court To Review NFL Concussion Settlement

(November 4, 2016, 9:12 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A nonprofit brain injury advocacy organization on Oct. 26 asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the settlement between the National Football League (NFL) and former professional football players because it covers only a small group of former players (Raymond Armstrong, et al. v. National Football League, et al., No. 16A186, U.S. Sup.).
