Hawaii Federal Judge Says Health Insurer Plan Acted In Participants’ Interest

(KPIC) and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc. (KFHP) in a class action alleging that they underpaid for emergency air transport, saying that KFHP, the plan fiduciary, discharged its duties solely in the interest of the participants and beneficiaries (Toby Sidlo, et al. v.
