EPA: Fiber Products Maker To Pay $150,000 For RCRA Violations

(October 31, 2016, 9:46 AM EDT) -- BOSTON — A regional office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Oct. 27 that Lowell, Mass.-based Specialty Materials Inc. agreed to pay $150,000 to resolve allegations that it violated the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
