Mealey's (October 28, 2016, 2:27 PM EDT) -- SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge on Oct. 26 denied a service station operator’s request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) after his station allegedly failed a “mystery shopper” evaluation and he was notified that his franchise agreement would be terminated, saying he did not demonstrate the requisite legal or factual basis required to support the extraordinary nature of the remedy he seeks (Alan Yalda v.
