United States Wants More Time To Answer Clean Water Rule Challenge Briefs

(October 25, 2016, 2:21 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — In an unopposed motion, the United States on Oct. 24 asked the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to extend by a month its time to file a brief in the Clean Water Rule challenge pending before the court (In Re:  United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., Murray Energy Corporation, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, No. 15-3751, 6th Cir.).
