ExxonMobil To 7th Circuit: Judge Rightly Rejected Any-Exposure Asbestos Testimony

(October 25, 2016, 1:56 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — A judge properly excluded an asbestos expert’s testimony that any exposure to asbestos constitutes a substantial factor in a man’s subsequent lung cancer as unreliable, an oil company tells the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeal in an Oct. 6 brief (Charles Krik v. ExxonMobil Oil Corp., et al., No. 15-3112, 7th Cir.).
