United States (376 A.2d 827 [D.C. 1977]) and Frye v. United States (293 F. 1013 [D.C. Cir. 1923]) to govern the admissibility of expert testimony (Motorola Inc., et al. v. Michael Patrick Murray, et al., No. 14-1350, D.C. App.; 2016 D.C. App. LEXIS 382)....
