Mealey's (October 24, 2016, 1:21 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A California federal judge on Oct. 19 dismissed negligence and breach of contract claims leveled against a bank, a financial planner and a retirement plan administrator by an Indian tribe alleging that they helped four former tribal executives embezzle millions of dollars from the tribe (Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, et al. v. Ines Crosby, et al., No. 2:15-cv-00538, E.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 145134)....
