Grace & Co. liable for their asbestos injuries can pursue negligence and bad faith claims in state court against an insurer based on workers’ compensation policies not covered by W.R. Grace’s Chapter 11 reorganization; however, similar claims in other state court actions are barred by an injunction in W.R.
