Mealey's (October 18, 2016, 8:12 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — Boston Scientific Corp. on Oct. 12 asked the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to overturn a $26.74 million pelvic mesh verdict for four plaintiffs, saying a multidistrict litigation court erred in consolidating four cases for a bellwether trial, in excluding evidence of regulatory clearance of the device at issue and in finding that there was proof of design defect and inadequate warnings (Amal Eghnayem, et al. v.
