Mississippi, Tennessee Told To Submit Case Plan In High Court Water Suit

(October 17, 2016, 10:14 AM EDT) -- LONDON, Ky. — A U.S. Supreme Court special master on Oct. 12 gave Mississippi and Tennessee 14 days to submit a proposed case management plan for an evidentiary hearing on whether the water in dispute is interstate in nature (State of Mississippi v. State of Tennessee, et al., No. 143, Original, U.S. Sup.).
