Groundwater Contamination Plaintiffs Not Permitted To File Brief, Agency Says

Mealey's (October 14, 2016, 12:09 PM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) on Oct. 3 filed a brief in New Jersey federal court arguing that an environmental group should not be granted leave to file a brief seeking reconsideration of the court’s decision to grant the NJTA dismissal in a groundwater contamination lawsuit (Raritan Baykeeper Inc., et al. v. NL Industries Inc., et al., No. 09-4117, D. N.J.).
