(October 14, 2016, 9:19 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — An unjust enrichment and misappropriation plaintiff who prevailed on a motion to remand his case to state court — based upon findings that the claims advanced are dissimilar from patent infringement claims — was nonetheless properly denied a request for attorney fees, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Oct. 6 (Eric Inselberg v. New York Football Giants Inc., et al., No. 14-4709, 3rd Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 18156).
