United States Sued For $350M In Damages From 2014 Water Diversion

Mealey's (October 6, 2016, 2:58 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A California city and 17 water districts on Oct. 5 filed a $350 million claim against the United States in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims for using their water from the Central Valley Project for water customers in another area of the project known as exchange contractors (City of Fresno, et al. v. United States of America, No. n/a, Fed. Clms.).
