Mealey's (July 17, 2015, 12:57 PM EDT) -- HOUSTON — The Supreme Court should accept a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate accommodation challenge to protect petitioners’ interests and finally resolve the question, Baptist schools argue in a July 8 petition for writ of certiorari (Houston Baptist University, East Texas Baptist University and Westminster Theological Seminary v.
