Mealey's (July 17, 2015, 12:54 PM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on July 6 agreed to hold in abeyance briefing in a challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) birth control mandate accommodation while the court considers a similar challenge (Christian and Missionary Alliance Foundation Inc., et al. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., Nos. 15-11437, 15-11635, 11th Cir.)....
