8-Year-Old Town, Rural Water Service Dispute Settled For $900,000

Mealey's (October 4, 2016, 9:53 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A rural Oklahoma utility district and neighboring city have settled their eight-year-old legal dispute over providing water service to disputed suburbs, according Sept. 30 filings in a federal appeals court (Rural Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, Logan County, et al. v. City of Guthrie, et al., Nos. 16-6205 and 16-622, 10th Cir.).
