Group: Defendants ‘Fail To Dispute’ Evidence In Tainted Groundwater Case

(September 28, 2016, 12:19 PM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — An environmental advocacy group on Sept. 13 filed a brief in New Jersey federal court arguing that NL Industries and the New Jersey Department of Transit (NJDOT) fail to dispute the substantive relevance of the evidence overlooked or misinterpreted by the court in its summary judgment dismissal ruling (Raritan Baykeeper Inc., et al. v. NL Industries Inc., et al., No. 09-4117, D. N.J.).
