Insurer Must Pay Insured For Costs Incurred By Change In Deposition, Judge Says

(September 27, 2016, 11:16 AM EDT) -- INDIANAPOLIS — An insurer must reimburse its insureds for attorney fees and expenses incurred as a result of a rescheduled deposition, an Indiana federal judge said Sept. 19 after determining that the insureds were not prejudiced by the change in deposition dates (Eli Lilly and Co., et al. v. Arch Insurance Co., et al., No. 13-1770, S.D. Ind.).
