California Federal Judge: Nestle Has Valid Water Permit For National Forest

(September 22, 2016, 2:03 PM EDT) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A California federal judge on Sept. 20 said Nestle Waters North America Inc. has a valid special use permit (SUP) to take spring water from the San Bernardino National Forest for bottling (Center for Biological Diversity, et al. v. United States Forest Service, et al., No. 15-2098, C.D. Calif.).
