Mealey's (September 14, 2016, 1:00 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — Whether a felon’s inclusion on a jury requires a new trial in an uninsured motorist insurance coverage case recently received briefing at the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Brian Faria, et al. v. Harleysville Worchester Insurance Co., No. 16-1060, 1st Cir.).
