Fracking Company: Couple’s Nuisance Lawsuit Fails To State A Claim

Mealey's (July 10, 2015, 3:26 PM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A hydraulic fracturing company sued by landowners for nuisance and damages related to its operation of a fracking site on May 27 filed its answer in Pennsylvania federal court contending that the couple fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (Kathy Dubrasky, et al. v. Hilcorp Energy Company, No. 15-00664, W.D. Pa.).
