Panel: Landowner Couple’s Fracking Lease Dispute Appeal Untimely

Mealey's (July 10, 2015, 11:58 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A panel of the Pennsylvania Superior Court on July 7 affirmed a lower court’s ruling that a landowner couple’s appeal in a hydraulic fracturing lease dispute was untimely (Stanley and Sylvia Hallman v. EQT Production Co., et al., No. 1138 MDA 2014, Pa. Super.; 2015 Pa. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 2038).
