Agricultural Water Users Seek To Intervene In Suit Affecting Irrigation Water

Mealey's (September 7, 2016, 12:38 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Three agricultural water users on Sept. 2 moved to intervene in a lawsuit that seeks to increase water flows to protect an endangered salmon from the effects of low stream flows at the expense of irrigation water users (Hoopa Valley Tribe v. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 16-4294, N.D. Calif., San Francisco Div.).
