9th Circuit Finds No Evidence Braking System Is Defective, Affirms Ruling

Mealey's (September 7, 2016, 11:28 AM EDT) -- PASADENA, Calif. — The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 2 affirmed a district court's decision to grant summary judgment on claims for violation of California's unfair competition law (UCL) and other claims for a vehicle maker, finding that purchasers failed to show that it contained a defective braking system (Jessica M.
