Mealey's (September 7, 2016, 10:56 AM EDT) -- ROME, Ga. — Having found that a defendant university established that it was entitled to attorney fees related to a motion to compel discovery responses from the putative class representatives in a negligence suit over stolen student records, a Georgia federal judge on Sept. 2 awarded the university more than $16,000 in costs and fees, ruling that the information and documents sought were relevant to the plaintiffs’ claimed damages (Erin Bishop, et al. v.
