Board: Resident Did Not Show Fracking Caused Well Contamination

Mealey's (July 2, 2015, 8:13 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) on June 12 ruled that a resident did not meet his burden of showing that hydraulic fracturing operations caused the contamination of his groundwater (Loren Kiskadden v. Department of Environmental Protection and Range Resources - Appalachia LLC, No. 2011-149-R, Pa. EHB).
