Ohio High Court: Mineral Interests Not Abandoned; Affidavit Establishes Rights

Mealey's (July 2, 2015, 6:38 AM EDT) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Supreme Court on June 18 ruled that a mineral interest holder and parties affiliated with him had preserved those interests despite the fact that a couple had purchased the property under which the mineral interests existed.
