8th Circuit To Hear Case Involving Damage Appraisal Dispute

LOUIS — The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals is set to schedule oral arguments in a case in which homeowners and an insurer dispute an award of damages based on a finding by an appraisal panel and whether the statute of limitations in Minnesota’s arbitration act applies to appraisal challenges (Mark Herll, et al. v.
