LOUIS — A man’s allegations fail to create personal jurisdiction in Missouri over the Federal-Mogul Asbestos Injury Trust or its predecessors, a federal judge in Missouri held Aug. 5 while also denying remand (Berg Hovsepian v. Crane Co., et al., No. 16-414, E.D. Mo.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 103149).
