Closing Arguments Aug. 10 In California City’s Eminent Domain Water Lawsuit

(August 9, 2016, 10:37 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — Closing argument are set for Aug. 10 in an eminent domain lawsuit by the City of Claremont, Calif., in its effort to take over a water system owned by Golden State Water Co. (City of Claremont v. Golden State Water Co., No. BC566125, Calif. Super., Los Angeles Co.).

The trial began June 14 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
