11th Circuit To Consider If Claimed Damages Fall Within Policy’s Coverage

(August 9, 2016, 10:26 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals is being asked to consider whether a court erred in concluding that a complaint alleging roof damage due to defective construction at a Florida condominium complex does not contain allegations that fall within insurance contracts issued by Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. (Core Construction Services Southeast Inc., et al. v. Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co., No. 16-10030, 11th Cir.).
