(August 8, 2016, 12:07 PM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — Citing the interactive nature of a defendant’s website, a Minnesota federal judge on Aug. 5 denied a motion to dismiss a patent infringement lawsuit on grounds of lacking personal jurisdiction (Imation Corporation v. Sanho Corporation Inc., No. 15-1883, D. Minn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 103626).
