Idaho High Court: Insurer’s Handling Of Insurance Claim Was In Good Faith

(August 5, 2016, 12:37 PM EDT) -- BOISE, Idaho — An Idaho trial court did not err in granting summary judgment in favor of an insurer in an insurance breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit because insureds failed to show that any genuine issue of material fact exists showing that the trial court erred in granting the motion, a divided Idaho Supreme Court ruled July 27 (David & Kristina Parks v. Safeco Insurance Co. of Illinois, No. 43376, 2016, Idaho Sup.; 2016 Ida.LEXIS 219).
