Mealey's (August 4, 2016, 1:10 PM EDT) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on Aug. 2 found that extraordinary circumstances excuse insureds’ untimely filing of affidavits of merit in a Superstorm Sandy coverage dispute (Brian McMullin, et al. v. Harleysville Insurance Co., Inc., et al., No. 14-7537, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 101491).
