PAUL, Minn. — A group disability policy’s three-year limitations provision is not unconstitutional or invalid under Minnesota law because Minnesota’s statutes pertaining to the statute of limitations for filing suits do not apply to group policies, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals said Aug. 2 (Lora Walker v.
