(August 3, 2016, 9:37 AM EDT) -- SAN ANTONIO — Atrium Medical Corp. agreed to pay $11.5 million to settle a False Claims Act lawsuit that it paid kickbacks to doctors in exchange for their promoting the off-label use of a stent, a whistle-blower’s law firm announced July 28 (United State of America, ex rel. Esther Grace Sullivan v. Atrium Medical Corp., No. 13-244, W.D. Texas, San Antonio Div.).
