Class Action For Recall Of Epinephrine Injector Dismissed By Federal Judge

(August 2, 2016, 12:05 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — An Illinois federal judge on July 6 dismissed without prejudice a consumer class action for people who purchased the now-recalled Auvi-Q epinephrine injector (Kirstin Maxwell, et al. v. Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, No. 15-10095, N.D. Ill., Eastern Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 87913).
