North Dakota: Government’s Discovery Extension Should Be Denied

Mealey's (June 26, 2015, 8:43 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The State of North Dakota, which is an intervenor in a lawsuit filed by the states of Wyoming and Colorado against the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) opposing new federal regulations for hydraulic fracturing, on June 16 filed a brief in Wyoming federal court opposing the DOI’s motion for an extension of time to produce discovery (State of Wyoming v. U.S. Department of the Interior, et al., No. 15-00043, D. Wyo.).
